The SETX Jr Grand Prix offers a series of tennis tournaments for local juniors in Southeast Texas. Featuring singles divisions for Boys and Girls 10's, 12's, 14's, 16's, 18's, and doubles/mixed doubles for 16's and 18's. The tournaments provide additional competitive playing opportunities to help grow the sport in the area. With a round robin format, players can maximize their court time.

Coach Pat Abshire earned his BS in Kinesiology from Lamar University and is a USPTA/RSPA, USNTA, and MTM certified tennis teaching professional. He is also a NSCA (CSCS/CPT) certified personal trainer. He has over 40 years of playing tennis experience and over 30 years of coaching and training experience.
